A made-to-measure public status
ADETEF is a public interest group established in 2002 by:

The French Government, represented by the Minister for the Economy, the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs, the Minister for the Budget and the Minister for Sustainable Development;
- The French Development Agency (AFD);
- The Mines ParisTech group;
- The Institut Télécom;
- The French Deposits and Loans Fund.
