Adetef and the experts from the ministries for Budget, Economy and Finance intervene in developing countries as well as in emerging and transition countries, at the request of partner administrations and international organizations: the European Union, the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, etc.
Adetef plays an active part in Eastern Europe (Central Europe, Balkans, Russia and Ukraine) and in the Mediterranean Basin area (Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestinian Territories, Syria). The Agency also offers administrative assistance services in Asia (China, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia), in Latin America and in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Headquartered in Paris, Adetef has antennas in Hanoi (Vietnam) and Kiev (Ukraine) in order that agents could really be connected with reality.
