About the Digital Economy Unit

ADETEF Digital Economy Unit offers expertise to institutional partners across the globe regarding the Internet, information systems, telecommunications, e-government, electronic banking and ICT-led economic development.

It replies to international invitations to tender for technical assistance and provides support for French businesses in the digital sector wanting to increase French influence in this field.

Three geographical areas are currently of particular interest: the French-speaking world (sub-Saharan Africa and Vietnam), Europe (both for providers of expertise and for partners) and the Mediterranean Basin.

In addition to its in-house team, ADETEF Digital Economy Unit draws on the skills of some fifty co-contractors and subcontractors. The Club Exportic, now bringing together over 500 French experts and businesses working internationally in the field of information and communication technologies, is helping to develop the knowledge-based economy.
